The official definition of UX (translated as “user experience“) is: “The perception and response of a person as a result of the use and / or intended use of a product, system or service” (ISO 9241-210:2010). The main task of a UX designer is to make the process of user interaction with a product/service as convenient as possible. The purpose of this direction is to attract people to the site they are interested in, then, once they are there, make their journey from the main page to the purchase of the product as simple and clear as possible.

UX design focuses on how the usefulness, ease of use, and effectiveness of a user’s interaction with a product or service can be improved. And if visual design is how a product looks, then UX design is how a potential client perceives it. Thus, UX design covers all aspects of the user’s interaction with the company: from customer service to the quality of its products.

Every time you interact with a product, program, or object, you experience it as a user of that product. The job of a UX designer is to be the link between the users and the development team. Equally important in the UX design process is achieving business goals, as well as aligning business goals with user goals. For example: if the user’s goal is to buy a product, then the business goal should be to make that purchase a useful, convenient, and enjoyable experience.

Useful: Need to satisfy a user need or solve one or more of their problems
Convenient: Usability should be clear so that users have a good understanding of the product/service
Pleasant: if the user likes to use the product/service, he will become a regular customer

If the goal of the user is to get more information, then the business goal is to provide quality information that inspires confidence in the user. A satisfied, well-informed user is more likely to return. Eventually:

If the user’s goal is achieved, then he gets an excellent experience using this product. Visitors quickly and easily find what they are looking for.
When a user has a good experience, they are more likely to buy or return to a product, and also recommend it to their friends.

3. When a user buys a product, returns to a site, or recommends it to their friends, the traffic and conversion rate for that site increases.
