TECHNOLOGIES SpaceLab

The IT industry is constantly evolving, and this process doesn’t stop for a second. Therefore, when creating the SpaceLab website, AVADA MEDIA was faced with the task of ensuring its unlimited scalability – not only in terms of structure but also in terms of the technologies used.

SITE DEVELOPMENT STAGES SpaceLab

• Research. A study of the target audience was carried out, clear goals and objectives for the future project were set.
• Structure development. With the help of the Moqups service, the site structure was created and honed to the details, with the possibility of further scaling.
• Design. A futuristic design of SpaceLab has been created, reflecting the views and approach of the platform to the educational process.

• Coding. The client and server parts of the site are created using technologies that ensure the speed, stability, scalability, and security of the platform. For the backend, the Python language and its Django framework were used. For the frontend, the JavaScript language, CSS3 and HTML5 were used. Site administration is carried out using CMS Wagtail.
• QA. All technical errors made at the production stage were identified and eliminated. And usability testing helped to create the most convenient user interface.
• Content creation. Educational content will be created throughout the existence of SpaceLab so that users receive only up-to-date information.

SpaceLab uses all the capabilities of innovative technologies to provide the best user experience. Here are the main features that have been implemented by AVADA MEDIA for this purpose:

• • Crossbrowser compatibility. The platform works correctly in all popular browsers, on PCs and mobile devices.

• Use of cookies. The portal “remembers” the user’s actions, so a person can continue learning at any time from the place where he stopped during the previous session.
• Directions. The user can get acquainted with all the popular IT areas, and choose the most attractive one for himself.
• Materials. Educational materials by directions and type. To select the desired format in the desired direction, the user can use a convenient filter system.
• Tags. To quickly search for material, the user can use the internal tags of the portal. Just one click – and the system itself will select the necessary lessons, literature, articles, and any other information on the topic.
