Machine learning enables chatbots to self-learn based on historical data, such as analyzing thousands of previous customer communications, and continuously improve responses as they work. At the same time, NLU allows bots to recognize and understand human errors, such as missing letters in words or the name of cities with a small letter. Together, this makes communication with users as effective as possible.
