Yacht Band maintains a fleet of over 90 yachts, which is regularly updated with new vessels. Therefore, when developing Yacht_spain_bot, AVADA MEDIA specialists were faced with the task of creating a scalable bot with a convenient and intuitive user interface.

For this, several stages of work were carried out:

Bot features for clients

Yacht_spain_bot works completely autonomously, and gives the user the opportunity to choose the best vessel at any convenient time, without waiting for the manager’s response. In case of clarifying questions, the user can directly contact the company manager without leaving the bot.

The logic of the bot includes a step-by-step selection process:

• The choice of the type of yacht – sailing or motor.
• Indication of the number of people and the planned rental time.Location selection.
• After that, a person is offered a list of all available yachts that meet the specified requirements, with photographs and a detailed description of each of them.
• To confirm the choice, the user needs to click the “Rent” button. After that, the application is automatically sent to the Yacht Band manager, and he contacts the client to confirm the transaction.

Bot features for employees

To manage the bot, AVADA MEDIA specialists developed and implemented an administrative panel. With its help, Yacht Band employees can update information about yachts – add photos, change the rental price, location, etc., as well as add new vessels to the catalog.

AVADA MEDIA has developed a yacht charter Telegram bot for the Yacht Band charter agency. It simplifies the search for the right cruising vessel and significantly reduces the operational burden on the company’s employees.
