WOWhome is a condominium management company that is engaged in the construction and maintenance, as well as assisting in the technical operation of high-rise housing construction projects.

 

AVADA MEDIA designed a CRM system, a website, and a mobile application for the client to attract the target audience, automate processes, quickly and comfortably communicate, order goods and services. Products continue to be improved, and their functionality is expanded.

  • Previously, our specialists analyzed the niche and studied the internal processes of the company. Thereafter they developed the project structure, created an interface model, mockup, and detailed terms of reference.
  • We paid special attention to the site and the admin panel, implemented on the basis of AdminLTE components. The main objective of the site is to attract new customers who will buy apartments and join the developer’s ecosystem. It contains renderings and photographs of the complexes, general information, and contacts of the company, a list of services, and a detailed description of each complex.
  • For the site, we have developed an adaptive laconic design, in which the content and the convenience of its perception, practicality, and readability are at the forefront.
  • A personal account and a mobile application were designed. They display up-to-date housing information. Customers of the company can use them after purchasing an apartment. In their personal account, users have the opportunity to enter data on meter readings, and through the application, they can order services for the home: cleaning, laundry, repair of household appliances, etc. All data is automatically sorted into categories and sent to the contractor, who sees the request and can, in case the need contact the tenant directly.
  • To order food and drinks at home, our team has developed a special market – an external resource associated with the application.
  • In the future, single-threaded Yii2 chats will be implemented. The will allow users to directly contact the administrator or contractor and ask questions without leaving the application.
  • Another important decision is open chats and voting in the application, which can be created by the head of condominiums for all apartment owners in a particular residential complex. If the property is rented out, the owner has the option to provide tenants with temporary access with limited functionality.

Personal data processing agreement

The user, filling out an application on the website https://avada-media.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site), agrees to the terms of this Consent for the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the collection of personal data”. Acceptance of the offer of the Consent is the sending of an application from the Site or an order from the Operator by telephone of the Site.

The user gives his consent to the processing of his personal data with the following conditions:

1. This Consent is given to the processing of personal data both without and using automation tools.
2. Consent applies to the following information: name, phone, email.

3. Consent to the processing of personal data is given in order to provide the User with an answer to the application, further conclude and fulfill obligations under the contracts, provide customer support, inform about services that, in the opinion of the Operator, may be of interest to the User, conduct surveys and market research.

4. The User grants the Operator the right to carry out the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction, transfer to third parties, with the consent of the subject of personal data and compliance with measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access.

5. Personal data is processed by the Operator until all necessary procedures are completed. Also, processing can be stopped at the request of the User by e-mail: info@avada-media.com.ua

6. The User confirms that by giving Consent, he acts freely, by his will and in his interest.

7. This Consent is valid indefinitely until the termination of the processing of personal data for the reasons specified in clause 5 of this document.
