AVADA MEDIA team took part in the development of Urgent – an innovative platform for legal services that allows clients to call a lawyer for quick resolution of legal issues. The service was created with an emphasis on efficiency, simplicity and accessibility, which makes it indispensable in emergency situations.

Project Idea

Urgent is designed as a legal advisory service that provides instant assistance of a lawyer (consultation). The user, finding himself in an unforeseen situation, can quickly call a lawyer and get the necessary help through a simple and clear interface. The platform offers all types of legal services, including legal advice and online consultation of a lawyer, as well as the ability to specify the location and send an application within minutes.

User-friendliness of the service

The main advantage of Urgent is the prompt delivery of legal services. The service automatically selects specialists located nearby, which allows you to start interaction almost instantly. Additionally, managers support works, fixing the application and organizing the consultation of a lawyer online.

Personal cabinet functionality

Once registered, the user has access to a personal account that includes:

  • Viewing and managing legal documents
  • QR code and client card – for quick access
  • Trusted persons section (adding loved ones for emergency notifications)
  • Family account – bringing family members together to share the service.
  • Payment history to track payments and their status
  • Webinars and Lifehacks – educational content to improve legal literacy

Ensuring convenient communication

To improve client and attorney interaction implemented:

  1. Quick Call Commands – each request is categorized by event type for accurate specialist matching.
  2. Integration with Telegram-bot (see Telegram lawyer) for instant notifications.
  3. Hotline allows you to automatically create a request when you call and pass it to managers for further processing.

Registration of lawyers in the system

Lawyers wishing to offer the services of a lawyer are registered via Telegram-bot. The data is verified by managers of the legal services company, after which the specialist gets access to a personal account and opportunities to promote legal services and accept new applications.

Program architecture

Urgent service is built on a modular architecture including:

  • Backend-part – implements business logic for providing legal services to organizations and individuals
  • Telegram-bot – serves as a point of interaction for registration of lawyers in Telegram
  • Client and lawyer’s personal cabinet – manages types of legal services
  • Administrative panel – allows managers to control and customize the system
  • Database and external integrations – automation, data storage and applications for legal service packages.

Development technologies

The project was implemented using PHP (Laravel) technology stack for the server side, as well as JavaScript, HTML, CSS for frontend solutions. This allowed to create a flexible legal services service with modern features. In order to expand the functionality of Urgent, the following external services were integrated:

  • Binotel – telephony, chat and automated calls (GetCall).
  • Monobank – payment system for transaction processing.
  • TurboSMS – for sending SMS notifications.
  • Google Maps – user’s location for urgent call of a lawyer.

Stages of project development

For the successful realization of the platform for legal services AVADA MEDIA team went through a complex development cycle, including all key stages of digital product creation – from idea to full-fledged launch. Each stage was carefully considered and aimed at achieving high quality and stable operation of the system.

  • UX design and TOR – creation of the system structure and user scenarios.
  • UI-design – interface for rendering legal services to legal entities and individuals
  • Programming – implementation of client and server parts
  • Integrations – automation of processes of rendering legal services to organizations and individuals
  • Testing – control of stability and quality of legal services.

Having completed all the stages, the team ensured the release of a reliable, functional and intuitive legal services service, capable of effectively solving users’ tasks in real time. This approach allowed us to create a product that meets high quality, security and usability requirements.

Personal data processing agreement

The user, filling out an application on the website https://avada-media.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site), agrees to the terms of this Consent for the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the collection of personal data”. Acceptance of the offer of the Consent is the sending of an application from the Site or an order from the Operator by telephone of the Site.

The user gives his consent to the processing of his personal data with the following conditions:

1. This Consent is given to the processing of personal data both without and using automation tools.
2. Consent applies to the following information: name, phone, email.

3. Consent to the processing of personal data is given in order to provide the User with an answer to the application, further conclude and fulfill obligations under the contracts, provide customer support, inform about services that, in the opinion of the Operator, may be of interest to the User, conduct surveys and market research.

4. The User grants the Operator the right to carry out the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction, transfer to third parties, with the consent of the subject of personal data and compliance with measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access.

5. Personal data is processed by the Operator until all necessary procedures are completed. Also, processing can be stopped at the request of the User by e-mail: info@avada-media.com.ua

6. The User confirms that by giving Consent, he acts freely, by his will and in his interest.

7. This Consent is valid indefinitely until the termination of the processing of personal data for the reasons specified in clause 5 of this document.
