Before starting work on the project, we studied the niche and features of the business in detail, spent time on the internal processes of the company, and outlined the main tasks. After that, the architecture was designed and detailed terms of reference for the team were drawn up.

• We developed the project structure, delimited access rights, and created personal accounts for each of the roles. Administrators got access to extended functionality (all customer orders, statuses, etc.), dealers and customers got limited access. In particular, dealers can create orders for their customers.
• Due to the personal account, users have the opportunity to save the goods they are interested in in the basket, apply discounts, view previous purchases, and also track the status of the current order.
• We have created a product matrix, structured based on the established parameters and characteristics, which allows you to quickly place orders.
• All information enters the personal account from the internal system of the customer.
• We also developed an adaptive layout, due to which the system is displayed correctly on any device and in different browsers.

AVADA MEDIA has designed convenient and practical personal accounts that meet the needs and business objectives of the Ritchy online store. When developing the project, we took into account the peculiarities of working with the data of the company’s customers, the range of goods, the need to select a large number of positions, as well as the placement of several orders at the same time.
