• At the initial stage, we developed a product prototype: we designed the application based on data analysis and the development of its main functions.
• Personal accounts for clients and drivers were developed. In addition to placing an order, passengers have the opportunity to view the history of trips and influence the rating of drivers in their personal accounts.
• One of the key advantages of the service is that the client can link the card to the profile and pay for services directly through the application.
• To provide services, drivers must register, create an account and upload relevant documents. Each user profile displays a driver rating (generated based on the results of trips), which helps to control the level of service, and where interest is charged.
• For comfortable use of the product, quick search for a car, correct calculation of the duration of the trip, and location of objects, we have integrated maps and a GPS navigator into the application.
• The admin panel is implemented on the Python framework. The application interface allows the administrator to interact directly with customers and drivers, view statistics. The application also has a support service: all applications are displayed in the admin panel. Correspondence with users is also conducted there.
• The application chat is developed on websockets for iOS and Android, which allows you to create an interactive connection between parties for real-time messaging.
