After developing a corporate website, our team began designing and developing a large-scale CRM system for automating business processes and transferring all credentials to the cloud

LIST OF WORKS: CRM-system for SPS

  • A thorough analysis of the business processes and credentials of SPETSPOZHSERVICE was carried out. For this, our business analyst was immersed in all the processes of the company for several days. I studied all the services that ATP provides, objects, lists and responsibilities of employees and so on.
  • a detailed technical task was drawn up, the architecture of the future project was designed, a detailed mocap was created
  • at the stage of layout for mocap, the client part was assembled on the Admin LTE framework. The admin panel turned out to be very convenient, intuitive and adaptive.
  • the server part was developed on the Yii2 framework. All business processes are transferred to the system logic.


STRUCTURE ADMIN PANELS:

  • General summary (Deshboard) – a panel where the most important business data are displayed: payment schedules, general indicators of income and expenses, number of objects in work, and so on
  • Objects – a database of objects on which work is being carried out. From the table you can access the object card, where all the detailed information is
  • Payments – a database of all income and expenses, with general and detailed information. With convenient filtering and the ability to add and edit income or expense

  • Procurement – a database of procurement specifications with the ability to add, delete, or edit specifications. Information is available in each specification: status, progress, date, object to which it belongs, as well as a list of goods and materials
  • Settings – in this section, system settings are available, creating and editing users and their roles and access parameters, database backup groups, work list settings
  • Contacts – in this section there are lists of users (employees) of the company and their contacts

6. The User confirms that by giving Consent, he acts freely, by his will and in his interest.

7. This Consent is valid indefinitely until the termination of the processing of personal data for the reasons specified in clause 5 of this document.
