The client of AVADA MEDIA is a start-up focused on writing text works on various subjects and directions. A unique CRM system was developed for them to process customer orders, as well as to automate and standardize internal communication and business processes.

  • In the first stage, we developed the project structure, segmented the base, set the roles and corresponding access levels. The following roles were assigned in the system: administrators, clients, managers, and authors. After sending, the client application enters CRM, is sent to the manager, and is controlled by the administrator.
  • To simplify communication with clients, a system was designed so that it allows the manager to correspond directly in the CRM chat. All messages are duplicated and sent to the customer’s e-mail. Thus, the manager can determine the payment procedure, set the terms of work, form and adjust the TOR, etc.
  • After the order is processed by the manager, it is redirected to the copywriting exchange in CRM, where the authors work with it. The functionality of the system allows the copywriter to select the best order from the list (taking into account the payment format and deadlines) and immediately send a message to the manager.
  • We have integrated a set of modules and plug-ins into CRM, in particular, we have automated checking the uniqueness of authors’ texts (checking for plagiarism). If they meet the plagiarism percentage, they are immediately sent to the client, who receives an appropriate email notification.
  • The manager simultaneously communicates in two different chats with the author and the client. In a chat with a copywriter, he can discuss and check the texts, and with the client – all the details regarding the order. Thus, a closed cycle of work was formed, where the channels “client-manager” and “manager-author” were isolated.
  • In addition to standard functions, administrators have access to a logging system (logging), where, according to the agreed parameters, after each action, all changes that have occurred in the system are recorded. So the administrator can track the activity of all process participants in CRM, control managers and view detailed statistics.
  • To work effectively with traffic, CRM integrates with external channels using the application form on the site.



Result KNP

The AVADA MEDIA team has designed and implemented a user-friendly system aimed at comprehensive work with clients, traffic, internal and external channels. CRM simultaneously provided structured access to the database, workflow control, and rapid reporting. It also formed an algorithm for working with customers, authors and managers.

As a result of optimization and automation of business processes, the startup has enough time to solve other problems, attract the target audience, and develop the business.

Personal data processing agreement

The user, filling out an application on the website https://avada-media.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site), agrees to the terms of this Consent for the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the collection of personal data”. Acceptance of the offer of the Consent is the sending of an application from the Site or an order from the Operator by telephone of the Site.

The user gives his consent to the processing of his personal data with the following conditions:

1. This Consent is given to the processing of personal data both without and using automation tools.
2. Consent applies to the following information: name, phone, email.

3. Consent to the processing of personal data is given in order to provide the User with an answer to the application, further conclude and fulfill obligations under the contracts, provide customer support, inform about services that, in the opinion of the Operator, may be of interest to the User, conduct surveys and market research.

4. The User grants the Operator the right to carry out the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction, transfer to third parties, with the consent of the subject of personal data and compliance with measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access.

5. Personal data is processed by the Operator until all necessary procedures are completed. Also, processing can be stopped at the request of the User by e-mail: info@avada-media.com.ua

6. The User confirms that by giving Consent, he acts freely, by his will and in his interest.

7. This Consent is valid indefinitely until the termination of the processing of personal data for the reasons specified in clause 5 of this document.
