The real estate catalog in AlexIS is constantly expanding and updating, so AVADA MEDIA had to create an effective solution with a convenient administrative panel. For this, several stages of work were carried out:

• Collection of information. A briefing was held for the client and the current situation on the market was analyzed.
• Development of technical documentation and design. An optimal technological stack was determined that could solve the tasks facing the bot, a development team was formed, and a roadmap for project implementation was prepared.
• Creation of UX/UI design. At this stage, a map of user paths was developed, which helped to create a convenient and logical interface structure. After that, to implement the external design of the bot, a UI designer joined the project.
• Bot programming. The logic of the bot was implemented using the Python programming language. To speed up production, AVADA MEDIA specialists partially used ready-made patterns and developments that were previously implemented for a similar project.
• Accommodation in Telegram. The finished bot was integrated into the Telegram platform.
• Testing. To check the correct operation of the bot, after the completion of production, it was transferred to the QA department for thorough testing. This made it possible to completely eliminate the presence of bugs and errors.

Bot features for clients

Bot @alexis_spain_bot is fully automated, and gives the user the opportunity to independently select real estate at any time of the day. At the same time, it provides for the possibility of direct contact with the manager to clarify any issues related to the lease.

The bot is easy to use and does not cause difficulties for most users:

• To get started, press the “Start” button.
• Next, the bot prompts the person to select one of the real estate locations: Alicante, Valencia, Calpe.
• The next step is to choose the duration of the lease. A person has two options: short-term – 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks, and long-term – 6 or 12 months.
• After that, the required number of bedrooms is selected from the proposed options.
• When all parameters are defined, the bot selects suitable apartments and sends them to the user in the form of response messages. Each of them contains a separate property with photos of the exterior and interior, a short description, cost and free dates for rent.
• After selecting the desired apartments, the user can click the “Rent” button, after which the application is automatically sent for processing to the company manager.

Bot features for employees

Property management in the bot is carried out in a convenient admin panel, with which managers can quickly update information about existing apartments or add new ones to the catalog.

The Django framework was used to develop the admin panel.
