  1. Definition of terms

    • “Pixels” are small digital images that are part of the code on web pages that allow another server to measure web page browsing, and are often used in conjunction with cookies.
    • “GDPR” (General Data Protection Regulation) means the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (Resolution No. 2016/679), which defines the procedure for processing personal data within its scope.
    • Other terms used in the Privacy Policy are defined by this Policy, the current legislation of Ukraine or, in cases provided for in this Policy, the legislation of the European Union, in particular, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union / the legislation of a member state of the European Union.

Personal data processing agreement

The user, filling out an application on the website https://avada-media.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site), agrees to the terms of this Consent for the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the collection of personal data”. Acceptance of the offer of the Consent is the sending of an application from the Site or an order from the Operator by telephone of the Site.
