• First of all, we designed an application prototype, developed and approved its structure, created an interface model, and drew a visual design.
• The application admin panel is implemented in Python. Roles were assigned to all users: administrators, moderators, and so on. The capabilities of the product allow you to maintain a database of customers and orders, as well as issue appropriate cards for them.
• To simplify and speed up communication, our team has implemented two modules: a chat with technical support and a system of complaints from users. Internal chats are based on WebSocket technology.
• The application has a built-in most convenient marketplace with an intuitive interface adapted to the needs of the target audience. When using the product, a list of products from different countries is generated with prices and geolocation.
• The product has an integrated payment system that allows users to quickly and safely transfer funds for services.
• Another important feature implemented by our team is an auto-translator built into the chat system. Thanks to him, all messages are automatically translated into the language of the interlocutor, which he specified in the settings.
• We also developed a rating system and a feedback system. Each user is assigned a certain place in the rating.
• The application has order tracking capabilities that can be used if the user has granted access to their location.

For the client, the AVADA MEDIA team designed an effective and practical mobile application with wide functionality that fully meets the needs of customers and travelers involved in the delivery of goods. It allows the parties to easily establish communication and control the process of completing tasks.

During the development, all the goals set were achieved. We took into account the current needs of users and the needs of the business for its successful development and scaling.
