Project “MyHouse24”: Comprehensive program for automating the work of management companies, condominiums, condominium associations, condominium associations

AVADA MEDIA team realized a large-scale project to develop the software “MyHouse24” – a modern solution to automate the work of housing and communal services management companies, condominiums and condominium associations. The program is designed for effective management of residential complexes, optimization of accounting and increasing transparency of interaction between the management company and residents.

The main task of AVADA MEDIA was to create a convenient, flexible and scalable program for housing management companies, which would take into account the peculiarities of different forms of management of residential complexes: condominiums, condominium associations, condominiums, HOAs. In the course of the project we developed a program for housing and communal services accounting, including modules for managing the cash desk, personal accounts, apartments, issuing receipts, processing applications and integration with online payment systems.

System functionality

The system “MyHouse24” is a complex web-based solution, including CRM for the management company of housing and communal services, a personal cabinet of the tenant, an administrative panel and the website of the management company. This approach allows to unite all management processes and interaction with residents into a single digital ecosystem.

Main modules:

  • Cash desk: accounting of receipts and expenses, real-time display of cash desk status.
  • Personal accounts: a system for managing apartment owners’ balances, controlling debts and overpayments.
  • Apartments and owners: registration and management of data on apartments, their owners, binding to buildings, sections and floors.
  • Receipts: generation of receipts, accounting of charges for various services, possibility to send receipts in PDF by email.
  • Meter readings: integration of meter data into service charges.
  • Notifications: sending notifications to residents via personal cabinet.
  • Master call requests: processing of requests from residents with assignment of responsible specialists.
  • Site management: updating the content of the management company’s website through the administrative panel.

These modules make the program for the housing and utilities management company a convenient tool for both accounting and technical specialists.

Individual settings and system flexibility

Personal data processing agreement

4. The User grants the Operator the right to carry out the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction, transfer to third parties, with the consent of the subject of personal data and compliance with measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access.

5. Personal data is processed by the Operator until all necessary procedures are completed. Also, processing can be stopped at the request of the User by e-mail: info@avada-media.com.ua

6. The User confirms that by giving Consent, he acts freely, by his will and in his interest.

7. This Consent is valid indefinitely until the termination of the processing of personal data for the reasons specified in clause 5 of this document.
